Great price One of the best places for repairs. I drive 40 mins from VA to repair my car that’s how good they are. Navid and Rashed are two of the most humble person at that store. They never throw additional cost and fix only what is needed at reasonable price. Very humble honest down to earth and great personality. I am glad I found them. My car airbag had issues and needed to replace passenger seat with built-in airbag. They found me one matching the color at a very reasonable price. Go take your car without hesitation. I had a great experience with Best Auto. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and caught something really important – my tires were becoming dangerous and starting to split. I honestly might not have noticed in time, and that could have turned into a serious safety issue. I really appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and the fact that they put safety first instead of just rushing through the service. Highly recommend Best Auto if you want a shop that genuinely looks out for you.

Great price Great experience with the front desk (Emily) and Auto Techs(Amaru and Mr Rasheed). They will ensure the work is done above standard. I will definitely be coming here more often and recommend more people. Great price I’ve been bringing both of my vehicles here for years, and can only speak positively about my experiences. I’ve had catalytic converters, radiators, and other services done on both vehicles. They are professional and proficient in their knowledge of all vehicle types, both foreign and domestic. With the high prices of new vehicles these days, maintaining older ones is very important. My vehicles run amazingly!! Top notch service!!! You get what you pay for.

Reasonable price Outstanding service. The entire staff was professional and welcoming. The manager, Naveed, was a lifesaver. I came in with a leaking coolant issue and he quickly diagnosed the problem, identified a few additional concerns, and clearly explained my options. He made sure the right parts were ordered and even worked on the car himself so I could get it back sooner. Honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. I highly recommend this shop. I ended up going to this auto repair shop when I had an incident while driving. They were nearby and open at the time. It was a blessing in disguise. I was very happy with their attention to my repair, and the cost was reasonable. Naveed showed me what was done, and also made recommendations for a couple of things that I was already planning to have done on my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant, and I felt that he was giving me an honest assessment. I took my vehicle back a week later to have the recommended work done. I am very satisfied with the service, and I will take my vehicles to them for future services. I am very happy to have found this shop. Reasonable price Really good people and sweet hearts. I always come to change my lights. My head light or tail light, they’ve always helped right away. My favorite is Neveat! Very kind and gentle! Even gave me some knowledge about my taxes lol and car expense write offs. Prices are decent and they are fast! Give them a try!
